The main house is heated both by gas and solar panel energy .
Water is both mains and provided by a private deep well. There are also two rain collecting tanks used to irrigate the garden where there is a 8×8 m pool .
At present the solar panels cover 12 sqm. and feed two
tanks with 900 (Main House) and 750 litres (Annex) of water respectively. The solar system can be driven by up to 24 sqm. of solar panels. It is possible to heat the water of the swimming pool by installing extra tubes at very low cost. Enough pipes for installing a photovoltaic system or further telephone connections are present. The draining of water is carried out through a three-chamber cesspit and after being purified water is
dispersed in the ground.

Annex 140 square metres :
The old barn was transformed in 2004 into a spacious guest house.

Land: 40 ha of mixed wood with chestnut trees etc.; there are also about 30 olive trees. The terraced south part of the land (2 ha) is registered at the Land Register Office as olive grove or vineyard but at present it is not utilized.
A country white road leads to the house built in natural stones on top of a hill.
